You start with a package of Strawberry cake mix and add in a teaspoon of baking powder and stir it up. Then in a second bowl whip up 2 eggs, vegetable oil and a little vanilla.
Mix this in with the first bowl untill well incorporated. Fold in a heaping cup of chocolate chips. And cook! With a cook time of only 10 mins, these cookies are as quick as they are simple.
Plus they're pink. Win win all around.
1 box of strawberry cake mix ( I used Pillsbury)
1 tsp of baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp of vanilla.
1-1/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins. Do not brown cookies.
